About the role
The Practice Nurse will be required to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
Standard hours are ********* in clinic.
Sometimes reasonable additional hours may be required.
The Practice Nurse may also be required to work at Wheatbelt Aboriginal Health Service (Northam).
Work is Monday to Friday without any on call, after-hours or weekend requirements.

We are the largest NFP primary care organisation across the Wheatbelt region of WA delivering GP, Nursing, Allied Health and Aboriginal health services to Wheatbelt communities.
Experience and qualifications required
Registered Nurse with Unconditional AHPRA registration.
A strong work ethic underpinned by a commitment to high professional standards and ethics.
High level of communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills who is able to cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Understanding of Chronic Disease, Health Assessments, Care Plans and Team Care Arrangements.
Able to drive the take-up of existing and new services.
Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure continuing accreditation.
