Professional Learning Programs & Partnerships Manager
Play a key role in shaping Independent Schools Victoria's Professional Learning portfolio, curating high-quality programs and partnerships that deliver meaningful impact for Member Schools.
We are seeking a highly capable Professional Learning Programs & Partnerships Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed‐term contract.
This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of ISV's Professional Learning offering. Working closely with the Head of Professional Learning, you will contribute to the design, curation and ongoing development of programs that are relevant, high quality, commercially sustainable, and responsive to the evolving needs of Member Schools.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio curation and program development
* Support the design, curation and continuous improvement of the Professional Learning portfolio
* Translate learning priorities into high‐quality programs and impactful learning experiences
* Identify gaps, opportunities and areas for improvement across the portfolio
* Contribute to the development of new program concepts and delivery models
Partnerships and provider management
* Drive end‐to‐end process for identifying and assessing potential delivery partners
* Conduct structured due diligence across capability, quality and commercials
* Provide clear, evidence‐based recommendations to inform decision‐making
* Support onboarding and ongoing partner relationships
* Engage with Member Schools to understand learning needs and priorities
Online and blended learning
* Support the expansion of online, blended and scalable learning offerings
* Contribute to the development of high‐quality digital learning products
* Collaborate with stakeholders to transition programs into online formats
Commercial and strategic support
* Apply a commercial lens to program development and partnerships
* Support evaluation of program performance and sustainability
* Design and contribute to business cases, and structured recommendations to inform portfolio decision‐making
About You
You are a strategic and commercially aware professional with a strong understanding of program development, partnerships and adult learning. You thrive in busy settings.
You will bring:
* Proven ability to curate or manage a portfolio of programs or services
* Experience in program development, partnerships, education services or similar
* Understanding of adult learning principles and learning design
* Experience working with external partners or providers, with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Ability to manage several projects in parallel, through well‐developed personal planning and management practices
* Commercial awareness and ability to assess program viability
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Experience in education, professional learning, member‐based or not‐for‐profit environments is advantageous but not essential
