A Leisure Attendant Grade 1 is a vital role within our hospitality team, delivering exceptional guest experiences at our resort's pool and water park facilities.
* We are seeking individuals who can provide outstanding customer service and create a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.
* This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
* You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to aquatic facilities, including pools and water parks, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment.
* A key aspect of this role is maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to policies and procedures, and identifying potential risks and hazards.
* You will also assist the food and beverage team with poolside or outlet services and support the front office team with concierge, porter, or reception duties.
