Your new role
The People Implementation Lead will lead a team of People Consultants to deliver workforce transition activities and manage employee impacts across the organisation. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workforce change through strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with organisational policies. While Industrial Relations expertise is important, the primary focus is on managing people impacts, guiding transition strategies, and ensuring integrated delivery across multiple streams.
* Lead and manage People Consultants to deliver workforce transition activities and manage employee impacts.
* Develop and implement strategies to support employee transition journeys, ensuring compliance with the organisation's policies and enterprise agreements.
* Provide leadership and quality assurance on HR advice, communications, and artefacts prepared by People Consultants.
* Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and escalate as required to ensure smooth delivery.
* Act as the Industrial Relations SME for the Workforce team, providing advice on enterprise agreements and compliance obligations.
* Partner with Workforce Implementation and project streams to ensure integrated delivery of workforce transition objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in leading HR teams and delivering large-scale workforce transition programs.
* Skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
* Familiarity with Industrial Relations and compliance requirements.
* Available for a full-time 6-month contract
* Must have full working rights in Australia.
