Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Internal Tax Return appointments with professionalism.
* Prepare, review, and submit Company, Trust, Partnership, and Individual tax returns accurately.
* Process and examine BAS, IAS, and FBT returns in compliance with regulations.
* Offer expert tax planning and structuring advice to clients.
Leadership and Teamwork
* Support and mentor junior accountants to enhance their skills.
* Lead regular internal tax training sessions for team members.
* Participate actively in daily and weekly huddles to maintain effective communication.
Continuous Growth
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ATO changes and adhere to professional standards.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow for enhanced efficiency.
