Your new role
.You will be part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:
* Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and managing customer records
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
* Assist with reporting and sales analysis
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other team logistics
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
