The Job
As a Bid Coordinator, you will assist the Bids and Sales Operations Manager in preparing and presenting tender documents for clients. Your role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure proposals are thorough, professional, and meet high standards for securing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and preparing tender documents for clients.
Support in writing, editing, and formatting proposals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for tender information.
Develop and tailor sales presentations and marketing materials.
Ensure proposals align with brand guidelines.
Research potential business opportunities.
Track proposal progress and deadlines.
Maintain an organized register of tenders in Salesforce.
Support tender strategy meetings.
Coordinate responses to RFIs and clarifications.
Provide insights on the competitive landscape.
Support the Commercial team with regular reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of the tender process and business development is advantageous.
Creative writing skills.
Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to the office.
