About The Role:
* Lead revenue growth and consistently exceed monthly sales targets across the VIC agency territory
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed client expectations
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, integrated advertising solutions that exceed client expectations
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow Mamamia's footprint with agencies and clients
* Retain and grow revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management and compelling solutions
Requirements:
* 15+ years in digital media sales with at least 7+ years leadership experience across multiple sales streams (agency, direct, independent)
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results
* Strong existing relationships across VIC media agencies
* Excellent pitch, negotiation, and communication skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation
