Assistant Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Assistant Coordinator to join our team in providing high-quality childcare services. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Service Coordinator with the day-to-day running of the service, developing quality programs for children, and managing administrative requirements.
About the Role
* Assist the Service Coordinator with staff management, programming, and administration.
* Develop and implement quality programs for children aged 5-12 years.
* Manage the day-to-day running of the programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma in Children's Services).
* Demonstrated experience in programming, administration, and maintaining effective documentation.
* Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills.
* First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
* Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
