Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operational leader to join our team as General Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of essential services across various homelands in the Northern Territory, working closely with our CEO, Infrastructure Manager, Housing Manager, and community-based field teams.

* About the Role:
* - Lead operational planning and oversee HR, finance, risk, and compliance functions
* - Manage funding relationships and acquittals with government bodies
* - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and local government stakeholders
* - Prioritize capital works alongside the Infrastructure Manager
* - Support recruitment, development, and performance across the team
* - Ensure maintenance and oversight of property, vehicles, and other assets
* - Respond to infrastructure challenges, especially related to power and solar systems
* - Drive continuous improvement and workplace health and safety practices

Requirements:
- Current NT Driver's Licence and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to travel regularly for day and overnight trips (accommodation provided)
