* Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance in line with production requirements
* Responding to breakdowns and driving urgency around plant uptime
* Acting as the interface between engineering and production teams
* Supporting planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement activity
The Environment
* Fast-paced, high-pressure production environment where downtime has immediate impact
* Mix of legacy and newer plant, with automation embedded across key processes
* Strong need for visible leadership and on-the-ground decision making
About You
* Electrical trade background (essential)
* Experience in a leadership, supervisory or leading hand capacity
* Able to operate in a hands-on, fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly
* Strong communicator who can build relationships across engineering and production
* Comfortable developing people and improving team capability
Exposure to manufacturing, food, FMCG, or similar environments is beneficial, but not essential.
