About the OPPORTUNITY
Responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the Integrated Cancer Services for the Wheatbelt region. Responsible for the quality and standard of practice within the Integrated Cancer Services team. Assist in planning and implementing patient care in both the inpatient and domiciliary settings.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated competencies and considerable experience in cancer nursing, in both hospital and community settings
* Proven organisational planning, problem solving and leadership skills
* Superior communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
* A sound understanding with some experience of quality improvement programs, accreditation and policy formation
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development of self and others
* Current 'C' Class drivers licence
