What You'll Bring
A true storyteller captivate guests with engaging wine and heritage narratives
Passion for wine and a strong understanding of the winemaking process
Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, positive professional approach
Ability to thrive in a diverse, collaborative team environment
Experience in a cellar door or wine industry (highly desirable)
Confidence in fast-paced settings, working independently and as part of a team
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation
Knowledge of safe food preparation and handling (desirable)
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and EDM software (desirable)
