Leadership Opportunity in Quality Assurance
This is a pivotal position for an accomplished quality leader to shape the systems, culture and governance behind products used by millions of consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor and grow the Quality team
* Develop quality strategy aligned with business growth
* Scale QMS and processes to support increased production capacity
* Ensure compliance with GMP ISO 22716 and cosmetic regulatory standards
* Lead internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness
* Implement and manage risk management frameworks
* Oversee CAPAs, deviations, SOPs, change control and documentation
* Ensure robust batch record management and QC documentation
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality KPIs
* Oversee approval of raw materials, packaging and finished goods
* Support process validation, scale-up and optimisation
* Lead investigations and ensure effective corrective actions
* Act as primary quality contact for customers and brand partners
* Support quality agreements, technical reviews and customer audits
* Deliver detailed quality reporting and communication to clients
* Manage supplier qualification, audits and performance monitoring
* Address supplier non-conformances and required improvements
* Oversee quality requirements for New Product Introductions
* Approve specifications, artwork and technical documentation
* Ensure smooth transition from R&D to production
