We are committed to developing our people into highly skilled, well-regarded professionals through mentoring and development pathways across all property types and sectors.Role OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for Quantity Surveyor who already holds AIQS or RICS membership (MAIQS / MRICS - Full Voting Member) and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential and commercial properties.Conduct Site inspections and collect data for cost estimation and reporting.Assist with Reinstatement Cost Assessments (Insurance Valuations) and CapitalWorks Fund Forecasts, and Financier Costing Reports / Progress Claims.Liaise with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders to gather required information.Maintain accurate project records and contribute to reporting and compliance documentation.Stay up to date with relevant legislation, ATO guidelines, and industry standards.What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience.Ongoing training and professional development.Supportive team culture with mentoring from senior QS professionals.Opportunities for career progression within a national firm.Flexible working arrangements (2–3 days in the office).
