**Job Description**
Uniting WA seeks a seasoned leader to spearhead organisational growth and engagement, enhancing its impact and reach.
This newly created role reports directly to the Co-CEOs and will lead the development of comprehensive growth and engagement strategies aligned with the strategic plan.
* Executing growth and engagement strategies to drive organisational impact
* Leading philanthropic fundraising efforts, including major donor relationship management and grant applications
* Overseeing brand management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement
* Building strong partnerships with government agencies, community organisations, and philanthropic donors
* Leading and mentoring a team of Senior Managers within growth and engagement
* Contributing to organisational strategic planning and executive decision-making
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth and engagement strategies aligned with the organisation's vision and mission.
* Philanthropic Fundraising: Lead philanthropic fundraising efforts, including major donor relationship management and grant applications.
* Brand Management: Oversee brand management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the organisation's reputation and visibility.
* Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies, community organisations, and philanthropic donors.
* Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of Senior Managers within growth and engagement, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Organisational Strategy: Contribute to organisational strategic planning and executive decision-making, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision and mission.
