This company builds over 100 project homes across Sydney. They have projects across Sydney and are steadily growing, especially in the Northwest area. Working in an experienced head office team and under the supervision of the Senior Site Manager, you will be overseeing up to 10 homes.
The role:
- Supervise the build of up to 22 new homes in the northwest: Kellyville, Box Hill, Rouse Hill, Marsden Park
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads
- Manage labour and trades both direct and sub contracted
- Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
- Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
- Resolve any problems
- Regular weekly meetings with the Construction Manager
The requirements:
- At least 4 years' experience as a supervisor for project homes
- A solid background within residential construction
- Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
- Previous experience managing multiple sites
- Previous experience working for a project home builder
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
