The Fitness Centre Supervisor is a key role within the Leisure department, responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the fitness centre. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that daily maintenance plans, business objectives, and customer requirements are met.

This includes supervising and coordinating the Fitness Centre team and resources, as well as providing effective leadership to individuals. The supervisor will also monitor daily maintenance and cleaning of the fitness facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
","
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Level 2 First Aid, Pool Lifeguard Certificate, and previous experience at a supervisor level within the Health and Fitness industry. They will also possess strong leadership and operational management skills, as well as the ability to quickly build rapport and develop internal and external networks.

5. Management of the team roster and timecard approvals
