The Role
As a Trainee Tyre Aligner and Tyre Fitter, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills in tyre alignment, fitting, and vehicle suspension.
This is a hands-on role where you will learn to ensure every vehicle serviced meets our high-quality standards and is returned to guests in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities
Learn to perform tyre alignment and fitting tasks accurately and efficiently
Assist in completing repair orders within allocated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
Use protective equipment to safeguard guests' vehicles (seat covers, floor mats, fender covers)
Identify additional repairs and communicate findings to the Foreman or Team Leader
Accurately record all completed work on repair orders
Contribute to team productivity and help achieve monthly targets set by the Service Manager
Treat all guest vehicles and belongings with care and respect
