This is a key role supporting major materials handling and shutdown projects, providing high-level planning expertise across the full project life cycle.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years' experience in Project PlanningStrong background in materials handling and shutdown executionProficiency in Primavera P6Solid understanding of Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated capability across schedule development, baseline and change managementExperience with Risk Analysis, Earned Value Management, resource forecasting and schedule reportingAbility to manage cost system integrations with PrimaveraBased in, or prepared to relocate to Portland, Victoria, or surrounding areas
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and update schedules across all phases of the project life cycleTrack schedule progress in line with client governance requirementsConduct resource analysis, forecasting and optimisationProduce high-quality project and portfolio reporting, including EVM, S-Curves and resource histogramsManage and maintain schedule baselines and support change management processesInterface between the cost system and Primavera P6, ensuring data accuracy and alignmentSupport progress trending, Earned Value analysis and future performance forecastingEngage with internal and external stake-holders to support successful project delivery
