They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level.
This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

As a Banking Consultant/ Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to:Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutionsBe part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experienceContribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer valueActively participate in and support bank programs and initiativesTake responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspectiveEnsure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and proceduresWhat will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantageExperience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantageAbility to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguityWillingness to work in a collaborative team environmentSound understanding of complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
