The Position
As a physiotherapist with Empower Healthcare, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering tailored treatment plans for clients in their own homes through home care packages/NDIS. You will work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan and educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans
* Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy living practices
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports
Requirements
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
* Registration with AHPRA
* Police Check Clearance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
