Who are we?
The Observing Operations Hubs are the Bureau of Meteorology's Technical Operations centres comprising of 8 Hubs, one in each capital city and Cairns. Staff based at the Observing Operations Hub travel far and wide and into remote areas, utilising 4WDs, planes, boats, and helicopters to maintain service delivery within the various instrumentation networks.

We offer specialised, in‐house competency‐based training on all our equipment and will ensure you have the necessary tools and skills to undertake this work.
