RAA is on an exciting and ambitious path to create digital experiences that delight members and staff. This newly created opportunity will see you responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of digital products and work with the Product Manager and Product Owners to bring RAA's digital strategy and roadmaps to life through ideation, implementation, and continuous improvement.
No two days are the same in this energetic, dynamic, and tight-knit team, and you'll:
- Support Product Owners and work within agile squads to set product vision, manage the product backlog, craft roadmaps, and maximise member and business value.
- Be highly available and support RAA's digital squads to define sprint goals and be a link between members, stakeholders, and scrum teams.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, testers, stakeholders, and vendors to build digital experiences that deliver meaningful value.
- Support analysis, testing and reporting for digital products and services.
- Collate, monitor, and review performance data, user testing and feedback to uncover opportunities, track performance and support decision making.

**About you**
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performance culture. We are looking for the ultimate team player - someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and solve problems creatively. You'll have:
- Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Design, Project Management or similar (highly desirable).
- Product Owner or Product Manager qualifications/certifications, or experience in Business Analysis (desirable).
- Experience working in agile digital teams, in a similar role, with experience in JIRA, Confluence and Scrum (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in writing user stories and feature testing.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with experience in complex, regulated environments with competing priorities.
- Strong skills to define goals, gather requirements and solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
- A focus on results and continually be searching for ways to add and achieve value.
- Insurance or Financial Services knowledge (desirable, but not necessary)
