About the Role
The Education Directorate seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer and the Strategic Finance and Procurement Branch.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Providing administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer and the Strategic Finance and Procurement Branch.
* Undertaking research tasks and coordinating workflow.
* Liaising with senior executives within the Education Directorate to maintain effective working relations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant will possess:
* Well-developed ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management information systems.
* Experience in or knowledge of financial management duties and compliance.
