Key Responsibilities
* Support project managers and field staff with administrative duties, such as document preparation, travel coordination, and sub-contractor management.
* Assist with project deliverables, including tracking POs, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Maintain company assets, including vehicle registrations, repairs, services, and record keeping.
* Coordinate office events, meetings, and minute taking, as well as other administrative tasks as directed.
Requirements
* No formal qualifications required; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
* Experience or interest in geotechnical engineering advantageous.
