Community Transport Services Tasmania (CTST) is seeking an experienced, strategic and values-driven Executive Manager Service Delivery to lead our state-wide service delivery portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Team, this role oversees the effective delivery of our Community Transport and Home Services programs.

As a not-for-profit charitable organisation, CTST provides transport, home maintenance, social support, disability services and domestic assistance to older Tasmanians, and individuals with health or mobility limitations. Operating statewide, we are supported by a dedicated workforce of 500 staff and volunteers, a fleet of over 100 vehicles, and a clear mission: to ensure every Tasmanian can access high-quality, reliable support to live well within their community.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and forming a key member of the Executive Team, the Executive Manager Service Delivery is responsible for strategic and operational leadership across CTST's Community Transport and Home Services programs.

You will oversee the delivery of inclusive, high-quality services across multiple sites, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lead continuous improvement across operational systems, teams and processes. This role also supports organisational transformation and contributes directly to strategic planning, workforce development, and operational reporting to the Board.

The position may be based at any of CTST's statewide offices, offering flexibility and a strong connection to the communities we serve.

What You Will Bring

A minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive level position

Advanced leadership skills and able to think strategically with a demonstrated commitment to values-based decision making

Proven ability to lead, inspire, develop and monitor performance across diverse teams

Able to collaborate with other members of the executive / leadership team to promote organisational cohesion and develop of a culture of continual improvement and support for the organisational values.

Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate

Proven financial and business acumen at an Executive level

Demonstrated experience in effective risk management, coupled with strong problem solving and analytical skills

Demonstrated experience working with the NDIS Quality and Safety Standards and/or Aged Care Quality Standards

Desirable: Previous experience managing the logistics of a multi-regional transport and/or service delivery program would be advantageous.

All CTST employees must:

hold a current C class (car) driver's licence with a minimum 2 years driving experience

possess or be willing to obtain a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card

be willing to undergo a National Police Check

be an Australian Resident or hold a valid Australian working visa
