About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join our Project Change and Communications team. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your full lifecycle business change management experience, with a focus on digital and operating model change from design to delivery.
As a Business Change Manager, you will work closely with our change managers, project managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to deliver positive impact and measurable outcomes across complex and innovative initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
* Design and deliver innovative change strategies across a diverse portfolio of change initiatives
* Engage stakeholders and business leaders to enhance understanding and buy-in
* Develop and lead targeted communication campaigns to assess effectiveness and refine materials
* Lead change impact assessments, identify change risks, define adoption metrics, and manage business readiness for change
* Define learning needs and training approach to support business transformation
* Manage change workstream outputs, including strategy, communication, engagement, readiness, training, and adoption metrics
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Change Management Consultant with experience in designing and delivering complex change initiatives
* Experience leading all workstreams of change across the full lifecycle from initiation to delivery
* Deep experience in change impact analysis, business readiness, and adoption management
* Experience in digital change and agile methodologies
* Tertiary qualifications are essential for this role
You will possess superior skills in managing complex stakeholder expectations and interests, as well as being passionate about involving people in the change process. You will be a creative thinker who can translate a vision for different audiences and have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
