The Opportunity
You will increase market share by attaining incremental volume through Corporate and Government fleet sales. You will build strong relationships with Dealers to develop and maintain a highly motivated network capable of achieving all sales objectives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop regional business sales strategy to achieve specified sales volumes and financial targets.
* Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and ensures strong market presence.
* Proactively drive incremental fleet sales within the Large Fleet, Not-for-Profit, and Government Vehicle Factual segments by engaging directly with end-user prospects and existing customers.
* Maintain regular visitation programs to existing fleet clients to ensure renewals are secured.
* Manage fleet budgets including vehicle replacements and associated costs.
* Assist dealers within the region to grow incremental fleet sales and penetrate local Primary Market Area fleets.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and partnering effectively.
* Present detailed monthly sales, revenue, expenses, and forecasts to the management team.
* Undertake structured visitation programs to prospects, clients, third parties, and Hyundai Dealers.
