As a key member of the senior leadership team, the newly created role ofGeneral Counsel and Company Secretarycontributes to GemLife's strategy and operations on legal, corporate governance and regulatory matters.TheGeneral Counsel and Company Secretaryis a critical Executive Leadership role at GemLife, providing strategic legal, governance and risk leadership across the Group.This role plays a key role as an in-house advisor, ensuring GemLife's activities, growth initiatives and operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and that risks are identified and effectively managed.The successful candidate will work closely with a range of stakeholders offering counsel across a range of complex matters.
