We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director to lead our Traralgon location. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving new sales through key market segments, supervising a small team, and championing safety across the branch.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience and a proven track record in driving a high-performance sales and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new sales through key market segments (residential, commercial, industrial)
* Supervise and develop a small team
* Lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment while balancing day-to-day responsibilities
* Champion safety across the branch, setting standards for employee, customer, supplier, and visitor safety
* Oversee and deliver daily distribution and production plans
* Monitor and manage costs against targets
* Implement and facilitate training and workforce planning

* Commercial mindset and previous experience in sales and operations
