The Opportunity: Qualified Early Childhood Teacher
* Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
* Location: Gatton
* Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
* Compensation: Up to $55 per hour + super + 15% retention
Your Responsibilities
* Design and implementengaging, play-based learning programs aligned with theEYLF & QKLG.
* Prioritize a safe, inclusive and stimulating environmentwhere children thrive.
* Engage in joyful, educational activities, inspiring a love for learning.
* Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.
* Monitor, document and reflect on children's learning to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance.
Qualifications
* A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre.
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
* Current QLD Blue Card.
* Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.
