Client Service Officer Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to support our Financial Advisers in delivering first-class service to our expatriate clients.
This is a busy, hands-on role with real variety. You will be the operational backbone of the advice process, ensuring clients experience seamless, professional service at every step.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing client communications and queries via phone, email, and in-person
* Coordinating client review meetings and follow-ups
* Maintaining accurate client records and data within our CRM and other systems
* Preparing and processing client forms, implementation requests, and documentation
* Supporting advisers with client onboarding, transfers, and ongoing service tasks
* Assisting with general office administration and occasional client events
