Job Description
This is a pivotal role within the Governance, Culture and Communications team where you will play a key part in shaping the evolving landscape of Defence Intelligence Group (DIG). The dynamic team contributes to supporting Australia's national security and strategic objectives.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Mapping strategic objectives to tangible change initiatives with clear milestones aligning activities and accountable officers.
* Designing and delivering monitoring and reporting tools which help manage change and governance initiatives including accountability and success measures.
* Developing and delivering governance cultural and communications resources including briefs resources events and strategic documents.
* Liaising extensively and coordinating effectively across different levels including senior leadership.
Defence Intelligence Group (DIG) is seeking high-performing motivated individuals to be part of their small but dynamic Governance Culture and Communications Directorate. The diverse yet specialised team are dedicated to shaping the evolving culture and governance of our Group.

* Proven experience in governance communications and change management.
