Seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to deliver top-notch support across end-user computing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site desktop support to users
* Perform basic network patching and cable tracing
* Connect network consoles under the direction of network engineers
* Support and troubleshoot Windows systems
* Install applications via SCCM and Intune platforms
* Assign security groups for device and app deployment
* Rebuild computers according to process guidelines
* Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a Desktop Support or Field Support role (Level 2/3)
* Strong knowledge of Windows, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune
* Familiarity with network fundamentals
* Hands-on experience with ITSM tools
* Ability to follow structured processes and work independently
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
