We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Admin Assistant to support our team in delivering industry-leading aftersales products and services.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our Aftersales operation - following up on open quotations, preparing accurate service proposals and providing administrative support that ensures we exceed customer expectations every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Aftersales and Spares team with administrative and coordination tasks
* Follow up on outstanding quotations and help convert them to sales
* Prepare professional quotations using ERP/CRM systems
* Interpret customer requirements and input data into Dynamics AX or other systems
* Create pick & pack lists and assist in logistics coordination
* Compile and review technical documentation including MDR and testing reports
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales function
* Assist with month-end project closeouts and invoicing proposals
What We Are Looking For
* 1–3 years’ experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX 2012 (AX365 desirable)
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
* Team player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines
