Site Supervisor – Residential Kalgoorlie Role
GT Boilermaking is a locally owned and operated manufacturing and mine site maintenance company based in Kalgoorlie, WA. Specialising in delivering high-quality products and services to the Mining, Exploration and Civil Engineering industries, we have built a strong and respected reputation throughout Kalgoorlie and the greater Goldfields region.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join and support our expanding workforce.
In this role, you will provide leadership to our project and maintenance teams across a range of local client sites. You will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while promoting a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple projects and maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Lead, manage, and coordinate on-site teams to ensure effective and seamless project execution
* Enforce company and client safety systems to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
* Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues or delays, and adjust plans as required
* Provide regular updates to management on project status and performance
* Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met
* Manage site documentation, including JSAs, permits, and compliance records in line with company and client policies and procedures

About You
* Trade qualified Boilermaker with a minimum of 5 years' experience in fixed plant processing maintenance and/or construction
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the mining and/or metal fabrication industries
* Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor certification
* Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety with sound knowledge of WA safety legislation and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing site conditions
* Unencumbered C Class Driver's Licence
* Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications
* High Risk Licence – EWP and Forklift (preferred)
* White Card
* Full Australian working rights are essential (sponsorship is not available)

* The successful candidate must pass a full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
