With a team of over 50 staff, Routleys are proud to provide support and consultation to their clients ensuring the best possible products and advice is provided for kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions. Their impressive and welcoming showroom and offices are based in a prime location on Unley Road.

About the Role

Working as Customer Service – Trade team member, you will join a small team of customer service consultants. We provide a high‑level of customer service to a range of clients including residential builders, project managers, plumbers and direct retail customers. Potentially being a client’s final stop in their process with Routleys, leaving a lasting and positive impression is essential. This position is offered on a permanent, full‑time basis with alternate Sunday afternoons required.

Duties

- Provide high level customer service
- Problem solving and resolution of customer challenges and needs
- Identify solutions for clients to provide first time resolution support
- Obtain and manage accurate customer information to ensure accurate records
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
- Taking orders and correctly processing billing and payments (POS and Eftpos)
- Revision and oversight of processes and work area, sharing continuous improvement opportunities
- Management of spare parts inventory and stock lines

Skills & Experience

- Recent success in a plumbing retail or trade sales environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, presentation and manner
- Effective leadership skills
- Diligent, driven and positive work attitude
