Join the Char House Team starting a recent exciting venue in October 2025. Working 4 days a week, 38 hours, in hospitality, with 3 days off over the week is a bonus! Char House – an upscale wood grill restaurant specializing in dry aged steaks and venturing into French gastronomy – is gearing up for a grand open this year and we’re on the hunt for passionate chefs to be a part of it. Responsibilities 
- Solid experience in fast-paced, premium kitchens 
- Confidence on the pans and the grill, and a sharp eye for detail 
- Calm, reliable, and solutions-focused mindset during peak service 
- Commitment to cleanliness, prep discipline, and consistency 
- A team player who shows up ready to learn and contribute 
- Exceptional knife skills 
- A deep passion for food and gastronomy 
Qualifications 
- Experience in fast-paced, premium kitchen environments 
- Strong knife skills and grill experience 
- Ability to perform under pressure during peak service
