Job Description
The Role
* Lead and expand an OT Cyber Security practice across utilities and critical infrastructure
* Advise boards and executives on OT cyber risk, resilience and regulatory obligations
* Shape and deliver OT cyber offerings aligned to IEC 62443
* Provide technical leadership across OT/ICS security architecture, segmentation and monitoring
* Guide OT SOC / CDRC uplift and OT‐safe security operations
* Build, mentor and lead high‐performing OT cyber teams
* Own practice performance including pipeline, delivery quality and growth
The Successful Applicant
About You
* 10+ years in cyber security with strong OT/ICS experience
* Background in utilities or critical infrastructure preferred
* Hands‐on exposure to SCADA, PLCs, RTUs and OT networks
* Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 and OT cyber architecture
* Experience with Australian critical infrastructure obligations (SOCI, CIRMP, AESCSF)
* Comfortable engaging with executives, regulators and technical teams
