Responsibilities
* Develop and execute change strategies informed by deep analysis of data and AI insights to understand user behaviour and readiness.
* Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training with various stakeholder groups.
* Use data and analytics tools combined with AI insights to visualise and monitor change adoption, predict resistance, and adapt plans rapidly.
* Influence senior leaders and collaborate closely with project teams.
* Contribute to evolving and growing the change practice, sharing your expertise in change management, data analysis, and emerging technologies.
What you bring
* Proven experience in organisational change for technology or system implementations (such as ERP), with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
* Expertise in human-centred design, data analytics, and applying AI insights to change strategies.
* A driven, innovative, and technology savvy mindset eager to explore new tools and approaches.
* Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including SES-level leaders.
* Comfortable working in complex, federal government and national security environments.
* Due to the nature of our work you must be an Australian Citizen with an active Baseline clearance mandatory; NV1/NV2 highly desirable.
