We are seeking HR & HC drivers to operate across the Perth Metro region, with roles available in Agitator (HR), Tipper (HC), and Tanker (HC) driving.
About The Role
* Most shifts start between 4am and 6am, with up to 10-11 hours per day, totaling approximately 50-55 hours weekly. Saturday work is generally available and paid at overtime rates.
* Pay includes a base rate, with overtime at time and a half after regular hours, and double time after 2 hours of overtime. Meal allowances are paid after 10 hours in a shift.
* The role involves high levels of customer interaction, making you the face of the company during multiple daily deliveries.
* We provide advanced technology to ensure safety and efficiency, including route mapping and load tracking.
* All new drivers undergo a 10-day training program before working independently.
About You
* Must have a valid HR license; previous driving experience is preferred.
* Enjoy engaging with people and providing excellent customer service.
* Value variety in daily tasks; no two days are the same.
* Maintain a clean truck to uphold the company's professional image.
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
* Some trucks have weight limits; you may need to meet specific weight requirements for safety reasons.
