+ Superannuation ability to work independently and under broad direction; adaptable, resilient and skilled in change management; strong organisational, time-management and analytical skills; proven problem-solving capability; and the ability to lead, supervise, train and support staff across multidisciplinary settings.
Experience – Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy practice, with demonstrated leadership, management or supervisory experience within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Knowledge – Strong professional and technical knowledge of pharmacy practice, medication management and contemporary pharmacy services, supported by comprehensive understanding of relevant codes of practice and professional standards.
