**Your new role**
This newly created position is based in a greater Hobart location.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a small team of 4
- Lead the process to define and update the vision and strategy framework
- Produce company-wide communication and cascade of the strategy to drive clarity and adoption
- Lead and deliver the strategic and business planning cycle, ensuring it delivers value
- Ensure the team understand and act on the strategy and business plans
- Leverage technology and systems to improve business planning and reporting
- Manage relevant team and the production of performance reports for relevant stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Expertise in strategic planning, with a track record in building and implementing business performance frameworks that deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change, including the ability to build effective partnerships across the organisation, and with key external stakeholders to deliver results
- Ability to frame and bring structure to problems
- Highly literate in data with an understanding of quantitative and financial modelling and ability to interpret a P&L; to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring internal and external environments to inform and develop business strategy
- Proven experience in developing performance monitoring practices and metrics
