**Your new role**
In your role you will be doing meaningful work that brings real benefits to the Australian community, businesses and government. As a Project Administration Officer will provide administrative, secretariat, and project support services to Senior Executive Officer.
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Assist with project management of broader business improvement activities across the Group.
- Work with the GE officer and programs in the group to finalis the service deliver Model artefacts to support the communication of the Group's Services
- Providing secretariat role for the integrity and legislative compliance advisory group.
- Provide a range of administrative services (e.g. procurement, coordination of stakeholder meetings, leadership workshops) for the office to support the functions of the Group.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant's across the Group to coordinate the Group's weekly newsletter.
- Work with the General Managers across the Group to develop the Enterprise Services Group weekly leadership team meeting agenda and topics.
- Build and maintain relationships, work collaboratively with key people, and foster an inclusive environment.
- Complying with all Bureau work, health and safety policies and procedures, and taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of employees, contractors and visitors who may be affected by your conduct.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will require strong relationship, communication and interpersonal skills, have experience in governance, public service administration and project management. You will be flexible, creative and have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure. As part of the role, you will be able to develop a broader understanding of issues, sensitivities and risks in the Australian Government context.
