About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the Group FP&A team.
This role will partner with GMs across Finance and the broader business to transform the approach to business-wide planning cycles, incorporating financial modelling for budgeting, forecasting, and the corporate plan, including rolling forecasts.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, parental leave cover.
You will also;
Design, develop and implement change programs to lead Finance and the broader business through transformation.
Collaborate with data & reporting teams to leverage assets in simplifying planning cycles, providing performance insights to senior management and the board.
Work with finance planning and transformation colleagues, engaging senior leaders to ensure a collaborative approach to change initiatives.
Enhance utilization of financial systems for setting and capturing financial targets.
About You And Your Skills
This role requires strong change management experience, with an innate curiosity to question processes and systems, and a focus on simplification and improvement.
You'll also have:
CA/CPA (or similar) qualification.
Strong influencing skills to work across all finance areas.
Proven FP&A experience in large, complex organizations.
Deep understanding of planning cycles, systems, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
