A well-regarded boutique Perth law firm is seeking one (and potentially two) solicitors to join its growing practice. The firm is predominantly litigation-focused, but with a steady and increasing flow of non-litigious commercial work.
This role offers genuine responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to shape your practice within a supportive, close-knit team.
The Role
Depending on your experience and interests, the role may include:
* Litigation and dispute resolution matters, including Court appearances, client interaction and file carriage
* Commercial and non-litigious work currently referred out, including contracts, advisory work and front-end matters
* Opportunity to develop a commercial practice without being required to become a litigator
* Direct access to the Principal and meaningful involvement in matters from instruction through to completion
About You
You may be:
* A 1–3 PQE solicitor seeking greater hands-on litigation exposure, Court time and autonomy; or
* A more experienced lawyer (5+ PQE) looking for flexibility, ownership of files, or a better work-life balance
* Experienced or interested in commercial law, front-end property, leasing, or wills & estates (highly regarded but not essential)
* Admitted in Australia (or eligible for admission)
