Services Delivery Manager
We are looking for a skilled Services Delivery Manager to manage the delivery of services on our projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on iconic projects that are shaping cities and communities.
The primary aim of this role is to ensure the activities related to services are planned, organised and delivered through adoption of appropriate construction methodology and resource allocation to ensure project execution within budget and program.
Project intervention and claims assistance may be required to ensure satisfactory project completion.
This role involves managing the overall services delivery of the project, on or ahead of time with all client expectations met. You will be responsible for managing the execution of services engineering, procurement and construction activities and adopting appropriate construction methods.
You will also exercise professional judgement in resolving engineering issues and review progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent.
* 5 years' experience in managing multiple services disciplines on large construction sites.
* Contemporary practices in design and construction methodology.
* Client relationship and stakeholder management experience.
* Quantitative and qualitative safety, environment and quality risk assessment.
