The Role Our Marketing & Innovation team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand Manager for a 12-month fixed term appointment (part-time hours considered), based in Mentone. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and deliver brand and innovation strategies to drive category growth and achieve financial objectives. You will take ownership of brand planning, innovation pipelines, and communications, with accountability for delivering profitable growth across your portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Execute brand plans using data-led insights to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities Drive profitable growth through strong P&L ownership and delivery against key KPIs (volume, value, share, margin) Lead development and execution of communication and media strategies across channels (including digital, packaging, PR and campaigns) Partner with insights teams to uncover consumer and shopper insights and translate these into impactful brand strategies Develop and manage a robust innovation pipeline, including a rolling 3-year roadmap (Stage & Gate process) Lead end-to-end innovation projects, ensuring successful delivery against revenue and margin targets Manage agency partners and deliver best-in-class creative and media outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, R&D, supply chain and category teams to deliver business outcomes Monitor performance, analyse results and provide recommendations to optimise brand and category performance The Person You are a commercially minded, strategic and hands-on marketer with a passion for FMCG and delivering results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and bring a strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking. You will bring: Proven experience in FMCG marketing, brand management and product development Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L Experience in developing and executing brand plans and innovation pipelines Strong understanding of data and insights (e.g. IRI, Quantium or similar) Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills Strong communication skills and experience working with external agencies A degree in Marketing or a related discipline Alignment with our Patties values of trust, ownership, courage and integrity is essential.
