We are seeking multiple roles for Escape Parks Operations in Far North Queensland:
* Mission Beach Caravan Park - Facilities Cleaner and Guest Service Operator (Casual)
Guest Service Operator: Tasks
Handle the daily operations of the reception which includes, but not limited to the following activities:
* Opening and closing of office reception
* Managing phone calls and other correspondence
* Making bookings and attending to booking requests and enquiries
* Payment processing and handling
* Guest and booking management
* Maintain cleanliness of the office reception
* Cleaning of the amenities
Facilities Cleaner: Tasks
Critical position to the Facilities Cleaner is responsible for the following activities:
* Day-to-day cleaning of all facilities in accordance with the cleaning program
* Support the Facilities Manager and Regional Manager in managing the preventative facilities program
* Multiple site cleaning to support a full-day roster.
